JOE HOLMES

Joe's real estate career started in 2002 as a mortgage broker. In 2004, with 2 partners, he launched Prosperity Mortgage of MN.

In 2009 he started his own real estate brokerage and in 3 years sold nearly 150 homes, but in order to provide even better customer service, joined the Vadnais Heights office of Keller Williams.
His team at Keller Williams has grown to be one of the top real estate teams in the Twin Cities.

In 2024 Joe helped found MarketPass, which brings quick and secure cash purchase solutions where they're needed most.

Joe has close to 1,000 career real estate transactions which has given him extensive experience in customer service, and a breadth of practical knowledge of the business.

Real estate is his passion, and this is evident to everyone he works with.
